How you can pay
We process payments through Stripe and PayPal. The following methods may be available at checkout:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Stripe): Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover (plus any additional card brands shown at checkout)
- US Bank Account (ACH) (U.S. customers)
- Cash App Pay
- Amazon Pay
- Alipay
- PayPal (separate PayPal button)
- Link by Stripe (secure one-click checkout for saved details)
The exact options shown depend on your location, device, and fraud screening. All prices are charged in USD.
Security & data handling
- Payments are handled by PCI DSS–compliant processors (Stripe/PayPal).
- Our site uses HTTPS/TLS.
- We do not store your full card numbers or bank details on our servers.
- Charges are authorized at checkout and captured when your order enters processing. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Billing & holds
- Some banks show a temporary authorization hold; it drops automatically if the transaction is declined or cancelled by the bank/processor.
- If you placed multiple attempts, your bank may show multiple holds. Only the successful charge is captured.
Payment troubleshooting (clear steps)
- Card was declined
- Confirm the card number, expiry, CVC, and ZIP match the billing address.
- Try another card or method (PayPal, Amazon Pay, Cash App Pay, ACH).
- Call your bank to approve the transaction (international/online flags are common).
- “Payment Pending” after checkout
- This usually means the processor is still verifying the payment.
- Do not create a duplicate order.
- Email info@zurinae.com with subject “Payment Pending”; we’ll send a secure link to reattempt if needed.
- No order confirmation email
- Check spam/promotions.
- If nothing after 15 minutes, email info@zurinae.com with subject “Order Checking” and include your name, email, and payment time.
- Paid but status didn’t update in 24 hours
- Email info@zurinae.com with subject “Order Whereabouts” and attach your bank/PayPal/Amazon Pay/Cash App proof. We’ll verify and resend confirmation.
- Alipay/Amazon Pay/Cash App Pay issues
- Ensure your wallet has a valid funding source and sufficient balance, then retry. If it still fails, switch to another method or contact us.
Changes & cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours if production hasn’t started. After that point, changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed.
- Always verify your shipping address and items before payment to avoid delays.
